Sponsor and dates. This giveaway is sponsored by DR Armory, operated by DLRW Holdings LLC. Entries open November 4th, 2026 and close November 30th, 2026, at 5:00PM EST. The drawing will be held November 30th, 2026. Sponsor’s records determine when an entry is received.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., age 21 or older, who may lawfully receive and possess the prize in their jurisdiction. Sponsor’s owners and employees are ineligible. Additional state or local restrictions may apply.

How to enter. During the entry period, visit www.drarmory.com/giveaway and complete sign up for drawing. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is required. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. You may also enter by checking the giveaway box at checkout on www.drarmory.com; a checkout entry counts toward the same limit of one entry per person, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Newsletter. Entrants into giveaway will be added to our newsletter subscriber list. Subscribers may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Prize. One winner will receive a Canik Prime Radian Grey (HG8611G-N) with a MSRP of $899.99. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash by the winner. If it becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Winner selection and notice. Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor will contact the potential winner at the email address supplied on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within five days and provide information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange lawful delivery. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or cannot lawfully receive the prize, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.

Firearm transfer. If the prize is a firearm, it will be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer selected by the winner where the transfer is lawful. The winner must appear at that dealer, complete the required paperwork and background check, and satisfy all applicable federal, state, and local requirements before taking possession. DR Armory does not offer prize pickup or customer transfers at its warehouse. A failed or denied transfer, or an inability to complete a lawful transfer, results in forfeiture; Sponsor may select an alternate winner. ATF guidance confirms that a firearm raffle winner must complete the required dealer transfer process and that an interstate firearm transfer must go through a dealer in the winner’s state of residence.

Costs and taxes. Sponsor will pay shipping. The winner is responsible for the dealer transfer fee or any other fees associated with the transfer of the firearm to a selected FFL, plus any applicable taxes. Sponsor may request tax documentation and report the prize value when required by law.

General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or violates these rules. If a technical failure or other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents fair administration, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, subject to applicable law. Personal information will be handled under DR. Armory’s Privacy Policy as seen on website.

Social media. If the giveaway is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

Rules and winner request. To request the winner’s name or a copy of these rules, contact support@drarmory.com within 30 days after the drawing.

Limitation of Liability. By entering, all entrants release the Sponsor and their parent company, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, promotional partners and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. By entering, all entrants release Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit and other social media platforms used to gain entries into the Promotion from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility and disclaims all warranties associated with the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Promotion, or to defraud the Sponsor in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won in the sole discretion of Sponsors. The winner assumes all risk and responsibility for the safe and lawful storage, handling, transport, and use of the firearm prize after it is transferred, and releases the Released Parties from any claim arising from the winner’s possession or use of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and the total liability of the Released Parties will not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize.
