Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from DR Armory.

You are solely responsible for determining whether the firearm, ammunition, accessory, or other product you purchase is legal for you to purchase, possess, receive, transport, or use under applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order or checking the box indicating acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

By placing an order, you certify that:

  • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products ordered;
  • You are not prohibited by law from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition;
  • You are the actual purchaser and intended transferee of any firearm ordered;
  • All information provided to DR Armory is accurate and complete; and
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

DR Armory reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any transaction if we believe completing the transaction may violate applicable law, ATF requirements, shipping restrictions, or DR Armory's compliance policies.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

For sales by a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), federal law generally requires purchasers to be at least 21 years old for handguns and ammunition other than ammunition for rifles or shotguns, and at least 18 years old for rifles, shotguns, and ammunition for rifles or shotguns. Higher state or local requirements, where applicable, must also be followed.

Certain ammunition may be suitable for both rifles and handguns. Federal law permits an FFL to sell such ammunition to a person 18 or older when the FFL is satisfied that the ammunition is being acquired for use in a rifle.

By placing an order, you certify that you meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements.

3. FIREARM TRANSFERS & FFL REQUIREMENTS

All firearm transfers will be completed in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

Firearms shipped to a customer in another state must be shipped to an FFL in the customer's state of residence for completion of the transfer.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate identification and contact information;
  • Providing any required receiving-FFL information;
  • Completing required ATF and transfer documentation;
  • Completing any required background check;
  • Paying transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL; and
  • Complying with all applicable laws.

A firearm order is not a completed firearm transfer until all legally required procedures have been completed.

DR Armory may cancel an order if required FFL documentation is not provided within a reasonable period or if the transaction cannot legally be completed.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

DR Armory accepts the payment methods displayed or otherwise approved at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate based on supplier pricing, availability, market conditions, manufacturer pricing, and other factors.

DR Armory reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, typographical, or product-description errors and to cancel affected orders.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, DR Armory does not offer price protection or partial refunds when the price of an item changes after purchase.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days, but processing may take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping methods are determined by DR Armory based on the product, destination, carrier requirements, and applicable law.

Firearms will be shipped in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements and will ship to customer selected FFL.

Certain firearms, ammunition, accessories, or other products may be prohibited or restricted from shipment to particular states, municipalities, addresses, or individuals. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that the products ordered may lawfully be shipped to the destination.

Additional charges may apply for expedited, oversized, hazardous, or otherwise specially handled shipments.  Customer will be contacted before additional fees are applied.

6. AMMUNITION & HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Ammunition, powder, primers, and other regulated or hazardous products are subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions.

Additional hazardous-material or special-handling charges may apply.

DR Armory reserves the right to refuse shipment of any regulated product when shipment or possession may violate applicable law or carrier requirements.

Ammunition sales are final and ammunition generally cannot be returned except where expressly authorized by DR Armory or required by law.

7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact DR Armory as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders before processing or shipment but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun.

No merchandise should be returned without prior authorization from DR Armory.  Please contact support@drarmory.com to begin the return process.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Non-defective returns must be authorized in advance;
  • Returns must generally be received within 30 days of purchase;
  • Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition with original packaging and accessories;
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a $15 minimum;
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless authorized by Dr Armory; and
  • Certain products may be non-returnable because of safety, regulatory, manufacturer, or other restrictions.

Ammunition and apparel cannot be returned except where required by law or expressly authorized by DR Armory.

8. FIREARM RETURNS & DEFECTS

Customers should carefully inspect a firearm at the receiving FFL before accepting the transfer whenever reasonably possible.

Firearms that have been transferred to the customer generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the firearm.

If a firearm has not yet been transferred and an apparent defect, damage, or incorrect product is identified, contact support@drarmory.com immediately.

For defects discovered after transfer, customers should generally work directly with the manufacturer under its applicable warranty or repair program, unless DR Armory expressly provides another remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. NFA ITEMS

National Firearms Act (“NFA”) items are subject to additional federal requirements and ATF approval procedures.

NFA orders may not be cancelled, returned, substituted, or modified after required ATF paperwork has been submitted or processing has begun, except as permitted by DR Armory and applicable law.

Any applicable processing, cancellation, restocking, shipping, or administrative fees will apply as disclosed at the time of the transaction.

10. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS

Product photographs may be manufacturer-provided or representative images and may not depict the exact individual item being sold.

Manufacturers may change specifications, finishes, markings, packaging, or included accessories without notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and specifications before ordering.

11. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR Armory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to a purchase, shipment, transfer, product, delay, or cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR Armory's liability relating to a transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to DR Armory for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & FIREARMS SAFETY

Firearms and ammunition are potentially dangerous products. Customers are responsible for the lawful and safe handling, storage, transportation, maintenance, and use of all firearms and ammunition after transfer or delivery.

Customers should:

  1. Always treat every firearm as loaded.
  2. Keep firearms pointed in a safe direction.
  3. Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
  4. Keep firearms unloaded until ready to use.
  5. Know your target and what is beyond it.
  6. Use only the correct ammunition.
  7. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  8. Use appropriate eye and hearing protection.
  9. Never handle or fire a firearm while impaired.
  10. Store firearms securely and prevent unauthorized access.

DR Armory does not provide legal advice regarding an individual's eligibility to purchase, possess, carry, transport, or use a firearm.

13. PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

DR Armory may collect information necessary to process transactions, communicate with customers, verify eligibility, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, provide customer service, and operate our business.

Information may be shared with payment processors, shipping companies, receiving FFLs, service providers, manufacturers, governmental authorities, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to complete transactions, comply with law, or protect DR Armory and its customers.

DR Armory uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information.

Certain firearm transaction records must be maintained as required by federal law and may not be eligible for deletion upon request.

For additional information, please see the DR Armory Privacy Policy.

14. FRAUD & PAYMENT DISPUTES

DR Armory may investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

Customers may not use payment disputes or chargebacks to circumvent DR Armory's return, cancellation, or payment policies.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights concerning legitimate unauthorized transactions or billing disputes.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising from a transaction with DR Armory shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, except to the extent federal law or another applicable law controls.

Any venue or jurisdiction provision shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. CHANGES & SEVERABILITY

DR Armory may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, except where otherwise required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
